We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within India. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at hello@mumsstitch.com or calling +91-9876543210. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery.

We ship across India with standard delivery in 5–7 business days and express delivery in 2–3 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM IST are dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is shipped.

Yes! All orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping across India. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies. Express shipping is available at an additional charge of ₹149.

Currently, MUM'S STITCH ships exclusively within India. International shipping is coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch global delivery.

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

To exchange for a different size, initiate a return through your account dashboard or email us at hello@mumsstitch.com with your order number and preferred size. We will ship the replacement as soon as we receive the original item. Exchange shipping is free of charge.

We provide waist sizes from 28 to 40. For the best fit, measure your natural waist (where you normally wear your pants) with a measuring tape. Compare your measurement with our size chart available on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a slim fit.

MUM'S STITCH uses premium fabrics sourced from leading Indian mills. Our jeans are crafted from 100% cotton denim, stretch denim blends, and rigid denim — ranging from 10oz to 14oz weight. Our trousers use cotton twill, nylon ripstop, poly-viscose blends, and wool blends depending on the style. All fabrics are selected for durability, comfort, and character.

Yes, our products are designed to be true to size. However, different fits (Baggy, Slim, Wide Leg) will naturally feel different. Baggy and Wide Leg styles are intentionally roomier, while Slim Fit is more tapered. Check the "Fit" description on each product page for guidance.

Turn your jeans inside out and wash in cold water with a gentle detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. We recommend washing every 5–10 wears to maintain color and structure. Always air dry — hang by the waistband or lay flat. Never tumble dry, as heat causes shrinkage and premature fading.

Indigo and dark-wash denim may bleed slightly during the first 2–3 washes. This is normal and is a sign of quality dye. To minimize bleeding, wash your dark jeans separately in cold water. The bleeding will stop after a few washes, and the jeans will develop a beautiful lived-in character.

To preserve color: always wash inside out, use cold water, choose a color-safe detergent, and air dry away from direct sunlight. Reduce wash frequency — spot cleaning minor stains extends the time between washes. Store your jeans hanging in a closet away from UV light.
